Before and After Cleaning Card Use

Print on left receipt is faded and of terrible quality due to dirty print heads. The receipt on the right is clear and crisp. 

It's important to clean your receipt and barcode thermal printers regularly to avoid print problems. As dirt, paper flash and adhesives build up on the print heads it forms a baked on gunk that is very hard to remove. The longer you let these contaminants build up untreated, the more problems you will face.
